1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations across India. International shipping is available on request for select products.

Domestic Shipping (India)

• All major cities and towns across India
• Remote locations may require additional delivery time
• Free shipping available on orders above ₹200

International Shipping

• Available for select countries - please contact us for confirmation
• Custom duties and taxes are borne by the customer
• Shipping charges calculated based on destination and order value

3. Order Processing Time

• Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation
• Made-to-order items: 5-7 business days for crafting + shipping time
• Custom designs: Timeline will be communicated based on design complexity

Order Cut-off Time: All orders placed before 11:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 11:00 PM will be processed the following day.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

1. SMS notification with tracking number
2. Email with tracking link
3. WhatsApp updates (if opted in)

You can track your order using the tracking number on our website or the courier partner's portal.

7. Shipping Insurance

All shipments are fully insured against theft, loss, or damage during transit. In the unlikely event of any issue, we will file a claim on your behalf and ensure either a replacement or full refund.

8. Packaging

Your jewellery will be packaged with utmost care:

• Elegant velvet jewellery box
• Certificate of authenticity
• Care instructions booklet
• Tamper-proof outer packaging
• Bubble wrap for extra protection

9. Delivery Instructions

• Someone must be present at the shipping address to receive the package
• Government ID proof may be required at the time of delivery
• For high-value orders, we may require video confirmation of delivery
• You can provide alternate delivery instructions at checkout

10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

• Wrong address: Re-shipping charges apply
• Recipient unavailable: Courier will make 3 attempts, then return to sender
• Refused delivery: Return shipping charges will be deducted from refund

11. International Shipping (Special Terms)

• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are borne by the customer
• Shipping time: 7-14 business days
• Insurance included in shipping cost
• Tracking available for all international shipments
• Returns for international orders are accepted but return shipping is at customer's cost
